1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Codetoli Accounting Software (CAS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Our software is designed for professional accounting use in compliance with Indian statutory laws.
2. User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to CLT LABS security team. CAS implements 256-bit encryption, but the ultimate responsibility for local credential safety lies with the professional user.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, especially during government portal maintenance or server upgrades. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the dashboard 48 hours in advance.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CAS for any fraudulent activities, unauthorized data scraping, or attempts to bypass security protocols. Any such action will lead to immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
